1. About BengaluruAudio
BengaluruAudio ("we", "us") rents audio equipment to customers ("you") in and around Bengaluru, India. By submitting an inquiry on bengaluruaudio.com you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Inquiries & confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a booking. A real human will reach out within 1 business day via email or phone to confirm availability, finalise pricing, and share payment instructions. A rental is only confirmed once payment (in part or full) has been received as agreed.
3. Pricing & payment
- All prices on the website are indicative rates for a single 3-hour session. Transportation within Bengaluru is included at no extra cost. Multi-session discounts and applicable taxes (GST) will be reflected in your final quote.
- A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the value of the rental kit.
- Accepted modes: UPI, bank transfer, or cash on the day (by prior agreement).
4. Transportation & setup
Transportation across Bengaluru is on us — no separate charge. Our team brings the kit to your venue, sets it up, and packs it down at the end of the rental. The customer must provide safe, dry, and powered space for the equipment to be installed in.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose by qualified persons.
- The customer is responsible for the equipment from the moment our team finishes setting it up until we pack it down, including against theft, weather damage, spillage, mishandling, and electrical surges.
- Do not modify, open, or repair any equipment. Report any malfunction immediately on the contact number provided.
6. Damage & loss
Any damage, loss, or missing accessory will be assessed at fair market repair / replacement cost and recovered from the security deposit or invoiced separately.
7. Cancellations
- Cancellations more than 48 hours before the rental start: full refund of any advance paid.
- Within 48 hours: up to 50% may be retained towards blocked inventory.
- On or after the start date: no refund.
8. Liability
BengaluruAudio's total liability under any rental is limited to the rental fee paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of revenue, audience, or reputation.
9. Privacy
We use the contact details you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and service your rental. We do not sell or share your details with third parties.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
